Times needed for arrival are generally 5:15-5:45 pm depending on the role. If arrival time is a problem just let us know so we can put you where it works best. Our evening is scheduled to end approx. 9:00 pm. We will do our best to have you serve in the area you signed up for, some areas have limited spots and we need all filled to make the evening go smoothly. Thank you for your understanding and willingness to help. Emails or texts will go out as the event gets closer with more details.
