LifeGroup Leader Application

This is the application form for those interested in leading a LifeGroup at The Waters Church.

We have an incredible team of people who serve through connecting and helping others grow in small groups. Below are the characteristics we encourage those interested in leading a LifeGroup to be actively developing.

LifeGroup Leader Characteristics:
- Has accepted Jesus as their savior.
- Recognizes the Bible as God's inspired authority for their lives, with regular times of personal devotion.
- Models Godly character.
- Agrees with The Waters Church beliefs and practices, and supports its leadership.
- Completed NEXT (our Sunday morning place to begin and belong- a 4 step experience).
- Has consistently attended a LifeGroup at The Waters.
- Has a heart for connecting with and engaging people.
- Has the time, emotional capacity, and moral discernment to lead a group.
- Works toward the goal of: helping as many people as possible be connected, growing in their faith, and serving together.
